Here is a pair of posters I just finished today promoting my band, Single Lash.
They were created mostly with Corel Painter, with some help from Photoshop and Illustrator.
I think they capture the sound of the band fairly well.

how's painter? i've been thinking about dowloading it but wasn't sure if it was worth it.
Painter is definetly my favorite of the applications I've learned. It's a near enough approximation to real painting that the transistion was fairly easy and there's less danger of making stereotypical cheesy computer art. It really takes texture into account far beyond anything else I've seen. (End commerical for Corel.)
